Hi, I’m Dariush.
I’m a holistic health coach who helps people build strength, improve energy, and create sustainable habits that support a healthier, more grounded life.
My approach blends strength training, nutrition, nervous system understanding, and lifestyle structure — without the fluff, confusion, or extreme tactics that often dominate the fitness world.
I’ve spent over a decade studying human performance, movement, wellness, and behavior change. My coaching is direct, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
If you want to feel stronger, more capable, and more in control of your health, I’m here to guide you through that process.
Coaching That’s Simple, Sustainable, and Real
I believe most people don’t need extreme diets, complicated routines, or endless hacks — they need clarity, structure, accountability, and a way of living that actually supports who they want to become.
My philosophy is built around three core principles:
1. Strength builds confidence.
A strong, capable body supports a clearer mind and greater emotional stability.
2. Nutrition should be simple, not stressful.
Whole foods, consistency, and habits that fit your lifestyle.
3. Lifestyle determines success.
Better sleep, better routines, better boundaries — these create long-term momentum.
I help clients create a foundation of health that lasts — not a short-term fix.
I wasn’t always the healthiest version of myself. I grew up overweight, learned weightlifting from my mom in middle school, and found discipline through wrestling and martial arts in high school. Those early challenges pushed me to take my health seriously and sparked the passion for fitness that’s stayed with me ever since.
After high school, I became certified through the NSCA and later trained in functional strength, kettlebells, and mobility systems like StrongFirst and FRS. These approaches reshaped the way I understand the body — how it moves, how it adapts, and how to train it for real-world resilience.
Alongside the physical work, my own struggles with mental health expanded my perspective. I realized that strength alone isn’t enough — lasting health also requires emotional regulation, clarity, and a supportive lifestyle.
These experiences shaped the way I coach today:
Grounded, structured, and focused on helping you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself — physically and mentally.
If you’re ready to build strength, improve energy, and create a lifestyle that supports your goals, let’s talk.
